All of our vehicles are capable of transporting wheelchair-using, or mobility impaired, passengers. Wheelchair-using passengers are assisted into the vehicle by the driver, using a lift or a ramp, with some newer taxis featuring side loading. The wheelchair is usually secured using a type of belt and clip combination, or wheel locks. All of our drivers are experienced, fully trained, have the relevant qualifications and are fully vetted and insured.
